Escape should now ignore refresh haste
Pickpocket tables should now roll an amount range after selecting the item you will receive instead of rolling up to ten times pulling a different items from the table each time.

The Guild UI Now allows you to set which ranks can invite/remove/set motd.

Known Issues
While you can set the invite/remove ranks on the guild UI and the settings will persist, only officers & leaders can actually invite/remove people.  This will be fixed in the next patch.

Festival of the Grim Harvest
Much to the dismay of the Thestran Watch, some happy haunts have assembled a small party outside of New Targonor to celebrate the Festival of the Grim Harvest, despite Sartok’s recent activities in Telon. Interested parties should hurry, as there’s no telling how long they’ll be gathered.

Rogue
Abilities
Stack size of flash powder has been increased
Escape line abilities have had their refresh times cut in half
Escape now places the user in advanced stealth state for 10 seconds. This is a form of stealth that is very hard for NPCs to see through unless they are already able to see through stealth.
Fix for smoke trick burning mana when it does not fire correctly
All ranks of stealth have had their base modifiers increased by 2%
The max rank of stealth and the epic rank of stealth now add strikethrough chance of 5%
The max rank of stealth and the epic rank of stealth now increase chance to proc by 5%
Salamanders should now be classified as humanoid
Fixed the restriction of many mobs in POTA that were not pickpocketable or able to be taken as hostages

Poisons/Darts/Flechettes/Scrolls
Poison assembly recipes have been removed
All non advanced poisons, scrolls, flechettes, and darts can now be purchased from rogue vendors.
All rogue poisons now require a certain adventuring level to be used. This level should be equal to the skill previously required for the  recipe/10.
Apply poison skill has been removed
Advanced poisons are now on pickpocket tables
Advanced scrolls are now on their own pick pocket tables
Advanced Flechettes/Darts are now on their own pick pocket tables
There is an increased chance of rolling on the poison tables when pickpocketing
Max stack size of all poisons, scrolls, flechettes, etc. has been increased to 100.
Poisons now consume a poison reagent on when they proc. So for example water of life when it procs will consume a water of life vial
All poison proc buffs should now last an hour
Old rogue poison related gems should no longer default to the poison pouch when looted.
Poison weapon procs have had their efficiency increased by 20%
Water of Life poison has been renamed to Viper Venom
Water of Life Dart has been renamed to Tear Burst
Siren's Kiss has a new rank at 55
Viper Venom has a new rank at 55 that adds a chance to fire twice when it procs

General
Changed the way IoG raid loot drops work so that it’s much less likely you’ll see two of the same item on one kill.
Fixed a bug that made hate numbers for abilities show up lower than they actually were.
Modified the ability tooltip to show your base amounts and the actual amounts modified by your core statistics like Strength & Vitality.   The number in the brackets shows the modified amount and will be green if you’re over the 100% mark or red if you’re below it.
Escape and Feign Death now strip all harmful abilities you cast on targets when you use them.
Fix for erratic flurry not being mitigated properly.
Fixed warp to target abilities so they fail to cast if the location you would warp to is invalid.  Previously they would cast but the effects would fail, now they’re not castable unless it will succeed.
Increased base strikethrough Amount value to 30 from 0.

Mentoring
Fixed a bug that caused rest exp to disappear if you mentor.
Fix for a bug where the social server & world server could have the wrong level for a player if they level up while mentoring.
Fixed a bug with mentoring where the combat forms would get out of sync and you couldn't switch correctly.
Fix for not being able to use mounts when you mentor down.

Ranger Changes
Rangers may now have both melee and ranged paths.
Switching melee/ranged forms will unlock abilities designed for that form while locking ones designed for the other.
Ranger offensive forms can now only be switched once every 2 minutes.
Fixed an issue with Wave of Lightning damage not scaling properly.
Fixed an issue with the discharge effect on Wave of Lightning not displaying its damage.
Sweeping Strike has had its endurance cost reduced.
Fixed an issue with the discharge effect on Discharging Arrow not displaying its damage.
Regress has been increased to 35m.
Talismans will no longer fade when energy has been depleted.
Thorn Cloak will no longer fade when energy has been depleted.
Fixed an issue with Monsoon Cloak not consuming energy while activated.

A new ability called Warden’s Temper has been added to the trainers. This ability will max out your progressive form as well as give a 30 sec buff that increases accuracy, crit chance and strikethrough chance.

Fletching combine outcomes have been increased from 50 to 100.

General
Fix for the group getting out of sync when you chunk while someone re-arranges the group or raid.
Fix for half elf racial description.
Fix for female hair styles that were extra/bugged.
Item reuse timers now count down offline.
Fixed a bug where a Shaman could not see their class listed on the required class list for some items.
Fix for attachments disappearing in escrow if you had more than 1 thing attached to the item.
When you cast a buff it will now remove all lower buffs in the line instead of keeping them on you and inactive.

Mentoring
You can now right click on a group member to request that they mentor you.  If they accept your request, their level will match yours and you will be able to adventure with them as if they were a normal player your level.
Players who are mentoring can only use abilities they were able to use at the level they’re mentored down to.  If you cast an ability in a line that is higher level, it will automatically cast the highest level of that ability line you qualify for.
While mentoring another player, your stats will scale down.  The reduction in stats scales with the difference between you and the person you’re mentoring.
Both players will gain experience as normal while mentoring.
You must be out of combat to begin or end a mentoring session.
If you leave the group of the person you’re mentoring, you’ll have 2 minutes to re-join them or the mentoring session will end.
Up to 5 players can mentor one person at once.

Housing Transfers
You can now transfer ownership of your home/plot without GM assistance.  To use this feature, you must be near the person you’d like to give the home to and use the command /transferplot <playername>.
If you accept the transfer, the home and all furnishings will be transferred to the new owner immediately.
You will retain ownership of your chests, but home owners have full access to the chests, so if you’re worried about the contents you should remove them before transferring a plot.
If you transfer a plot, it is a permanent change of ownership and can not be undone unless the new owner decides to return the plot to you.  Please do not do this unless you are absolutely sure you want to transfer the plot.  GM’s will not be able to assist you in returning your plot if you change your mind.

Monk Changes

Secret of Ice now costs 3 jin to cast.
Secret of Flames proc chance has been doubled.
Secret of Transcendence now costs 5 jin to cast.
Fixed the description of Iron Skin to say “most stuns”.
Jin Surge has been changed to work on caster group only.
Ashen Hand now costs 4 jin to cast.
Aum Ti now grants a 5% damage bonus.
Added to the description on Staggering Punch that the spell interrupt only works on targets that are not immune to stun.
Three Finger Strike no longer debuffs the mobs evasion and now buffs the monks self accuracy substantially.
Quivering Palm has had its duration increased to 15 seconds, from 8 seconds.

The Harmonious Monk style has been merged into the base monk and is no longer a separate path. Both Dragon and Drunken monks may now obtain Aum of the Harmonious Path from the monk trainer to learn the harmonious abilities. The harmonious style forms have been turned off. The Harmonious training quests have been turned off.
Fixed the description on Jin Surge to say it will affect the “next 3 attacks”.
All Aums no longer require Meditation to be cast.
All Aums are now free to cast and are toggle able abilities.
Meditation has been removed
Enlightenment has been added to the monk trainers and is now a toggle able ability.
Dragon stance has been merged with Immortal Stone Dragon stance.

Avatar of the Great Bear now properly grants immunity to Cold. NOTE: This immunity only affects cold spells, not melee.
Avatar of the Great Bear has had its refresh timer reduced to 10 minutes, from 15 minutes.
Skin of Rakurr, Skin of Tuurgin and Wings of Hayatet have had their endurance costs reduced.
Shamans have been added to some caster classifications for items. Shamans may now equip some items that were normally for casters and/or bloodmages.
Curse of Frailty is now a spiritual spell and no longer physical.
